SWEAT PILATES: Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole human body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong powerhaus, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates’ system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

VINYASA: Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and Vinyasa yoga is a series of smoothly flowing poses that are synchronized to be almost dance-like, and will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling.

YIN YOGA/ YIN 75: Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, providing a deep and full stretch of the body, leaving you feeling lighter and more flexible.
